Аннотация: На основании впервые вводимого в научный оборот документального материала (документы из фондов Государственного архива РФ), а также материалов и решений II Съезда социально-правовой охраны несовершеннолетних (СПОН) рассматривается специфика предложений, сформулированных в первой половине 20-х гг. XX в., по формированию системы обучения и воспитания слепых детей в различных типах образовательных учреждений. Реконструированы основные параметры этих проектов, показана специфика типов учебно-воспитательных учреждений, особенности профессионально-технического обучения незрячих, общего и общественно-политического воспитания, социализации выпускников школ для слепых, в первую очередь, в плане дальнейшего образования и трудоустройства.

Abstract: Based on the documentary material introduced into scientific circulation for the first time (documents from the files of the State Archive of the Russian Federation), as well as materials and decisions of the II Congress on the questions of Social and legal protection of minors (SLPM), the specifics of proposals formulated in the first half of the 20s of the XX century on the formation of a system of education and upbringing of blind children in various types of educational institutions are considered. The main parameters of these projects are reconstructed, the specifics of the types of educational institutions, the features of vocational training for the blind, general and socio-political education, socialization of graduates of schools for the blind, primarily in terms of further education and employment, are shown.
